Capillary Technologies - Data Analyst II - Python/Power BI (3-6 yrs)

Role : Data Analyst - II

As a Data Analyst at Capillary Technologies you will support a major loyalty program by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data

and communicating your findings to stakeholders and the larger team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large and complex data sets from various sources.

- Build and deliver reporting on a weekly and monthly cadence.

- Develop statistical and predictive models to identify patterns and trends in data.

- Analyze data to identify insights and opportunities for business improvement.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Use data visualization tools to communicate complex data in an easy-to-understand format.

- Contribute to overall design and roadmap of the data utilized by the program.

- Mentor new and junior team members on the data model and analytics as well as efficient

query building.

- Perform data profiling, quality assessments, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with members of the Consumer Insights team, our software engineers, and the client's data analyst to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.

Skills and Abilities :

- 3-5 years of experience with relational databases

- Advanced skills in SQL and Python for optimizing complex queries and handling data from multiple sources.

- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

- Innovative and self-motivated with passion to develop complex and scalable applications.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain methods and findings to client

stakeholders.

- Experience in ETL/DB management and dashboard development using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools. (nice to have)
