Role & responsibilities

Functional RUN experience (JIRA, tickets, …)
• Autonomous to coordinate/plan problems resolution
• Knowledge SQL languages
• Good oral and written English communication
• JAVA (reading logs mainly, stacktrace quick analysis)
• Testing mindset
• Monitoring experience

PGA - Run of the Application + Patching
• Users support
• Tickets handling (Incidents + Problems)
• Following fix & bugs
• Scheduling the patch and fix to be deployed
• Schedule the on site testing after Patch/deploy
• Ensure configuration of the application is OK (Eclipse / XML)
• Writting of Automated test (XML for PMM / Junit for Sextant)
• Simple data migration/Changes (SQL Scripts)
• Monitoring of the application
• Monitoring of the tests (Non-regression test)
• Execution of test (Performance, load, Non regression, functionnal, …) with internal tools
• Ensure test coverage is OK
• Create and follow the deployment plan and the Plant restart plan
