Job Description CLM Functional Consultant (iCertis)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled iCertis Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in implementing contract management solutions and be adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver CLM implementation projects, including integration with ERP/CRM platforms like SAP and Salesforce.

Conduct technical workshops to assess current state technology and define future state requirements by designing the as-is and to-be processes

Develop solution architectures for integrations between CLM and related systems (e.g., SSO, e-signature).

Support contract migration data export/import activities.

Ensure requirements traceability from analysis through implementation.

Facilitate requirement reviews, sign-off sessions, and user acceptance testing.

Conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions for clients on technical configurations.

Track and resolve technical issues.

Required Experience:

Experience with at least 2 CLM implementations, preferably with ERP/CRM integration.

Hands on experience in implementing End-to-End Contract Types in iCertis environment.

Minimum 2+ years of experience configuring the Icertis platform.

Proficiency in SNOW ticket handling.

Familiarity with SDLC processes, and issue management systems (preferably JIRA).

Ability to collect, analyze, and configure customer templates and clause libraries in a CLM platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified as ICI Admin and ICI Practitioner.

ICI Foundation Training or ICertis certified ICI Architect (ICIFA) certification will be a plus

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.

Proficiency in Office 365, MS Office, and Google Docs.

Ability to deliver clear, fact-based communication and manage risk effectively.
