Roles and Responsibilities

• Source suppliers for various categories such as IT, Telecom, Hardware & Networking, Software, BPO, Travel, Facility Management Services etc.
  
• Negotiate prices with vendors to ensure cost savings and optimal value.
  
• Manage vendor relationships through effective communication and contract management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in procurement or related field (global procurement, strategic sourcing).
  
• Strong understanding of globalization concepts and its impact on procurement processes.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
  
• Proficiency in PTP (Procurement-to-Pay) systems is an added advantage.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Night shifts are mandatory for this role
