Stress Static JSO Professional

• Static Analysis with Airbus Methods and Procedures.
• Minimum of 4 years execution experience on any of the two main Aircraft Primary structures (NCF, Center Fuselage,
• Empenage,Wing upper cover, VTP, HTP, Door Surrounds, Doors, Pylon)
• Minimum of 1 year execution experience on MSI, ESI, Hydraulic Brackets static stress analysis
• Hands on execution experience on GFEM Load extraction , DFEM Creation, Validation and Post processing
• Hands on execution experience on Metallic and composite primary/secondary structures
• Strong Fundamentals in hand calculations (e.g. HSB Methods)and strength of Materials (e.g. Brhun)
• Able to create calculation templates with aid of excel forumla and VBA Macro
• Exposure to Fatigue and Damage tolerance analysis
• Exposure to SRM, Repairs static justification and Concessions process
• Responsible for providing deliverables to specification, within agreed timescale, meeting the necessary qualitystandards and to customer satisfaction
• Responsible for mentoring and training the juniors

• Nastran - SOL 101/103/105/400/106
