Role: SAP SF EC Payroll
Location: Bengaluru & Pune
Type: Full time
Experience: 6 to 12 years
Primary Responsibilities:
- Experience in job monitoring, troubleshooting, ServiceNow ticketing tool, ITIL process,
- Excellent business communication, vendor management skill, analytical skill,
- Good in decision making in difficult situations, good interpersonal skill.
- Experience in SuccessFactors platform, SuccessFactors Integration Centre, intelligence service, admin Centre,
- Experience in report Centre
- Understanding of integrations, SFTP, API, Certificates, Keys
- Experience in Cloud platform Integration (CPI) basics.
- Experience in SuccessFactors provisioning.
- Experience in ECC system, EC payroll jobs, Background job scheduling and monitoring, troubleshooting long running jobs.
- Good understanding on raising incident with SAP.
