Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage order to cash process from receipt of orders to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  
• Perform AR collection activities such as follow-ups on outstanding balances, disputes resolution, and credit management.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance) to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize cash flow.
  
• Utilize OTC software applications (e.g., SAP) to manage customer accounts, track payments, and maintain accurate records.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries related to orders, invoices, or credits.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Order-to-Cash Processing or Accounts Receivable role.
  
• Strong understanding of OTC processes including order entry, invoice generation, credit control, collections management.
  
• Proficiency in using accounting software applications like SAP or similar systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
