Application Consultant - C

The primary responsibility is to assist in ongoing projects, lead select initiatives, and contribute to UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to internal projects, ensuring high standards in design and user experience.

Conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability testing, and effectively summarize findings.

Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to align design and implementation.

Develop and maintain the design system for consistency and usability.

Participate in meetings, providing design insights and supporting project discussions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in Figma.

Experience in UX research techniques and design implementation.

Knowledge of the medical domain is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Design (B.Des) or equivalent

Relevant experience is preferred, but skilled candidates from all levels are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information:

Work Schedule: Hybrid On-site on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
