Job Description
- Support in company secretarial matters and governance matters for Group companies outside ofIndia with a strong focus on management and development of entity management platforms,operational support on corporate legal digitalization, and any other matters as may be assigned.
- Support the Legal and Compliance team as required on legal key projects and initiatives with otherlegal departments outside India.
Skills
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt and implement the use of new technology in the corporate legal team.
- Ability to manage uniform workflow.
- Ability to manage and organize large data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others across business units and support functions, in aninternational environment.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft office 365 pack (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDriveSharePoint etc.)
- Appetite for IT projects (Legaltech tools).
- Previous working experience in MNC Legal department with an international exposure is highlysought.
