Job Description
- Experiencing in designing and architecting Enterprise Applications
- Experience as a Microsoft Azure Cloud Architect
- Hands-on in development of Web and Desktop applications using .Net technologies - including .NET Core and Micro Services, React, Angular and other similar framework, Test Automation framework - like Selenium
- Deep dive into business requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic goals.
- Ability to lead technical design sessions and architect scalable, secure, and robust solutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware, technologies, frameworks, and libraries and suggest integration methods.
- Provide technical leadership and support to software development teams., and ensure that software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc
- Agile / Scrum methodology practitioner as well good knowledge on Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), etc.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Database Optimization, Normalizaiton, etc.
- Should be flexible to work on Customer proprietary tools, technologies and framework
- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills (language: English)
- Good knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
- Preferred experience in Medical and Life science Industry, ability to understand domains quickly

Extremely bad office politics. Some people from Pune & Mumbai office destroying entire Capgemini. I was told that current Client project is not important as we already have captured client. You should focus on acquiring new Clients. Failed to do so will result in ratings to be turned 0. People who honestly working hard is not appreciated but people who does Boot polish were given higher ratings.
