Rpa Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to lead the implementation of Robotic Process Automation initiatives. The role involves identifying automation opportunities, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with developers to deliver effective RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Document requirements in Process Design Documents (PDD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Collaborate with RPA developers to design and test automated workflows.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor and optimize RPA bots post-deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Strong communication and process-mapping skills.
