Subject matter experts in Marketing and Comms provide business stakeholders with specialized advice on their subjects, and act as an advisor leveraging on a specific MC expertise. Shehe.is a person with unique knowledge and expertise on a specific subject or in a particular industry ex digital marketing, internal comms, telecom, etc.

About The Role ::

Working experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.

Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Strong understanding of design and art direction.

Degree or diploma from a leading art or design institute or related field.

Leading, mentoring and guiding junior designers in the team, reviewing their work to ensure quality and compliance of design work before delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their design needs and requirements.

Primary Skills:

5+ years of design and branding.

Strong hands-on skills in latest Adobe Design Suits (Adobe InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop) and other design software.

Secondary Skills:

Foster collaboration with fellow designers on the team, as well as engage with members from various streams like marketing, digital, and communications.

Ability to make conceptual design decisions and to be able to communicate creative rationale to stakeholder.
