Your Role 

Conduct end-to-end workforce planning exercises to align the current workforce mix and strategy with the future vision.

Create bespoke competency frameworks for clients to assess their existing workforce against required skills and design development plan to bridge identified gaps.

Design up-skill/re-skill journeys to prepare the current workforce for future requirements.

Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.

Prepare business updates and highlight risks/issues for the ongoing project(s)

Define and measure metrics for success and track progress.

Contribute to business development and growth initiatives like drafting business proposals and thought leadership documents

 

Your Profile 

Analyze market trends and business issues that are challenging clients across geographies and industries.

Experience in competency framework design, competency assessment and skill mapping
