• Primary skillset for ABAP Developer Hands on expertise in RAP ABAP CDS Odata Gatweway Idoc Adobe Forms ABAP OO BOPF Workflows Adobe Forms UI5 Fiori Fiori Elements Scope Task Developing and enhancing ABAP programs
• Responsible for designing coding and debugging ABAP programs to meet the business requirements This includes creating new programs from scratch or modifying existing ones to enhance functionality Customization and configuration You will work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand their requirements and customize SAP applications accordingly This involves working in various
• SAP modules performing developing activities in areas such as FI CO Financial Accounting Controlling SD Sales and Distribution MM Materials Management and HR Human Resources to align with specific business processes

Technical support and troubleshooting Providing technical support to users functional consultants and resolve any issues related to ABAP programs or SAP applications This includes analysing and debugging errors investigating performance issues and implementing corrective actions Integration and data migration Integrating SAP systems with other third party systems or external interfaces This may require developing and maintaining interfaces using technologies like IDoc Intermediate Document RFC Remote Function Call or web services Additionally you may also be responsible for data migration tasks ensuring smooth and accurate data transfer between different systems Performance optimization Analyse and optimize the performance of ABAP programs and SAP applications This involves identifying and implementing performance tuning techniques such as optimizing database queries improving code efficiency and reducing response times Documentation and knowledge sharing Documenting technical specifications program codes and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing This documentation helps in maintaining the integrity of the system and facilitates collaboration among team members Collaborating with cross functional teams Collaborating with functional consultants project managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements gather technical specifications and ensure successful project delivery Effective communication and teamwork are crucial
