Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including billing, cash applications, and collections.
  
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• Resolve disputes related to OTC transactions through effective dispute management.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the OTC process.
  
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers by managing overdue accounts receivable.

• Strong understanding of billing, cash applications, and collections processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for resolving disputes and negotiating payments.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.
