 Your role 

In this role, consultants need to work as the Agile Coach, Practitioner or Consultant:

Facilitatecross-functionalengineering teams in the delivery and implementation of new products or upgrades to existing products. There is an on-front expectation that this accountability can span up to two distinct Agile teams.

Developdetailed schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conduct project meetings and ensure adherence toqualitystandards.

Maintain multiple-sprint release plans, release trajectory and release burndown based on capacity and velocity predictions.

Facilitates cross-team, program wide rituals, likerelease planningor programretrospectives.

Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase efficiency to maximize capacity, promote predictability and assure software and processquality.

Establish team working agreements, help resolve impediments, facilitateproductivity, and increase theprobabilityof success in each sprint.

Provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management.

Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and commitment to objectives.

Work closely with product owner towards the success of the product release.

 Your profile 

Success in this role will be measured through the ability to drivebusiness transformationusing the technology/digital knowledge andAgile project managementskills

Consultants are expected to be fully accountable for the delivery of their stream/projects

At least 10+ years of overallIT experience

At least 3+ years of Agile coaching experience

In depth knowledge of 2 or moreframeworks preferably Scrum,KanbanandScalingagile models

Have been actively involved in 1-2 Agile transformations

Experience incoaching and trainingindividuals and teams onagile principlesand methodologies

Ability to provide hands on coaching to 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on agile roles, rituals, and artifacts

Mentorand upskill participants in all Agile roles-especially the ones of Scrum Master, Product owner & Business stakeholders
Ability to drive and monitor transformation KPIs within the organization and BUs

Assess the ScrumMaturityof the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels ofmaturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

Conduct classroom training / sessions on variety of Agile related topics

Expertise in Scaled Agile configurations

Expertise in 1 or more of the AgileLifecycle Managementtools JIRA,Rally,Azure DevOps

Knowledge onDevOpsconcepts -Continuous integration,Continuous Testing,Continuous delivery.
At least one of the Relevant certifications such as

Scrum Master PSM II

Agile Coaching - ICP-ACC

Agile Certified Practitioner

SAFe Program Consultant
