The Opportunity:

We are looking for dynamic and seasoned delivery leader for managing portfolio of engagements. The leader will be part of managed services center focused on digital technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft, Mobile, Adobe suite, frontend technologies.

He/she will report into the head of managed services center and VP of DCX. The overall portfolio would consist of account spread across the globe and would be directly responsible for the delivery outcome and client management with the help of delivery managers on the ground. Driving innovation and value-added delivery as well as expansion of the portfolio would be some of the key result areas for this role.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Overall experience of more than 15 years in IT industry

- Experience delivery leader with at least 3 years of experience in managing delivery portfolio of multiple accounts

- Must have managed and have a sound understanding of Application management service AMS and DevOps.

- Must have experience of managing client communication directly

- Experience in managing one or more of CRM / Marketing/ Web development/ Mobile development / Commerce platforms is a must

- He/she will be responsible for managing a portfolio of engagements delivering AMS / DevOps services, as delivery head

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good people management skills
