Job Description :

- Analyse overall scope of testing, identify applicable testing types, identify testing approach, create a schedule of testing activities, and identify testing trainings required.

- Extensive experience in QA as a Test Lead/Manager across applications in SAP MM, SD, PTI, PP, OTC, FICO, ARIBA modules, Healthcare applications and Set-Top-Box domains. Schedule resources, lead requirements and test design discussion with line of business of all levels.

- Led the QA team completely, mentoring the team and solving conflicts, defining testing standards and strategies, managing risks related to release of the product, looking out for ways to improve the company's current process, and reporting to management about progress.

- Creation of System test plan (STP) to capture the overall scope, test approach, document entry/exit criteria for each test phase, etc.,

- Creation & execution of test scripts/cases

- Creation Test Summary report (TSR) to capture summary of testing, defects and variances, if any from the STP.

- Coordinate and manage all testing activities starting from test case creation to test execution completion and defect management.

- Interaction with Functional, Middleware, Validation and Business teams with the progress/hurdles on testing deliverables

- Validation of all possible impacted transaction

- Regression testing for impacted scenarios

- Provide status of testing activities at various stages of a project (Test execution progress and defect status, etc.,

- UAT support for the CSL Business users.
