Job description :

Seeking a Software Tester with Project Management experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products while also managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in software testing, project management, and team management.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement software testing strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.

- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report software defects and issues.

- Collaborate with software developers and product owners to understand requirements and improve software quality.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and with high quality.

- Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

- Monitor project progress, track project metrics, and report project status to stakeholders.

- Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Continuously improve the software testing process and project management methodologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in software testing, project management, and team management.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- PMP, ISTQB, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
