Tech Lead (.NET)

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a software architecture role.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Role Requirements:

• To be successful in this role, multiple disciplines will be needed.
• We need someone with experience in leading a team and being responsible for it.
• The candidate should be the "go-to" person who has the answers or can figure out the answers with limited help from others.
• They should have the ability to act as a solution architect and technical lead.

Team Dynamics:

• This individual will be working with very senior developers who have 20+ years of experience and are very mature.
• Finding an older candidate may be helpful in this context.

Additional Requirements:

• Working closely with the dev team.
• Handling small and urgent tasks.
• Working on urgent bugs.
• Attending all meetings to gain a full understanding of the application.
• Helping understand the impact of logic changes on each product/area within the tool.
• Assisting with testing.
• Creating technical documentation and maintaining a knowledge center.

Integration and Communication:

• The candidate will be integrated into an existing team, so they need to gain trust and build strong relationships.
• They need strong soft skills and excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with the product owner and stakeholders.
