Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech Lead to own the end-to-end technical implementation of our automated User Access Review (UAR) solution. This role will drive the technical vision, system design, architecture, and documentation across the project, ensuring a robust, scalable, and efficient solution.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep engineering expertise, strong design skills, and proven experience in delivering large-scale integration projects across enterprise systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow) who can develop and enforce technical best practices, create detailed documentation, and drive innovation.

This role will work with the Engineering, IT, & Cybersecurity team to ensure secure and seamless implementations while maintaining clear technical governance and documentation standards. You will ensure the successful delivery of a scalable, reliable, and maintainable solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete technical lifecycle of the UAR automation projectfrom initial concept, design, and development through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Define and implement the technical vision and system architecture to ensure a scalable, reliable, and maintainable solution.
• Develop and maintain robust technical documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, integration workflows, and architecture artifacts.
• Provide technical direction and enforce best practices for building secure, efficient, and automated integrations between enterprise systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Write high-quality code, conduct rigorous code reviews, and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the Integrations Engineer to design and implement seamless API integrations and data synchronization mechanisms using Azure tools (e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus, Monitoring).
• Evaluate alternative technical solutions and drive continuous improvements in system performance, security, and automation efficiency.
• Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and technical best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development, system integration, and automation.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, technical design, and the development of large-scale integration projects.
• Extensive experience with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in developing automated solutions on Azure, including experience with Logic Apps, Service Bus, and related monitoring tools.
• Proven ability to implement role-based access control (RBAC), manage API integrations, and ensure robust data synchronization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated track record of mentoring teams and driving technical projects to successful completion.
• Strong capability in producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and enforcing coding best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on UAR or similar process automation projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-native integration platforms such as Azure Functions, Event Grid, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with agile methodologies and delivering scalable, cloud-based integration solutions.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
