Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer with 4-6 years of expertise in Power BI, ETL, Azure, and Security (IAM, UAR). The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in handling support, troubleshooting, and optimizing BI, data integration, and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI, ETL processes, Azure services, and Security (IAM, UAR).
• Monitor and maintain data pipelines, ensuring smooth ETL workflows and resolving issues as they arise.
• Assist in managing and optimizing Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets for performance and security.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and User Access Review (UAR) processes, ensuring compliance and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve Azure-related issues, including storage, compute, networking, and security concerns.
• Work with business and technical teams to ensure efficient data integration and accessibility.
• Document issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in a support role handling a mix of Power BI, ETL, Azure, and Security (IAM, UAR).
• Strong knowledge of Power BI administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipelines.
• Expertise in Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Security, etc.).
• Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and UAR (User Access Review) processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting security configurations, access control, and compliance issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Azure, Power BI, or Security-related areas are a plus.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation is a plus.
