Tech Lead

Job Summary:

- Act as a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Cloud (GCP)
- Work within an agile, multidisciplinary devops team
- Possess Hadoop knowledge and NiFi/Kafka experience
- Be an expert in Python, Data Flow, Pubsub, and Big Query
- Have knowledge and experience with GCP components such as GCS, BigQuery, AirFlow, Cloud SQL, PubSub/Kafka, DataFlow and Google Cloud SDK
- Understand Terraform script and Shell script
- Have experience working with RDBMS
- Possess GCP Data Engineer certification (advantageous)
- Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers
- Lead and contribute to multiple pods
- Interface technically with a range of stakeholders
- Solve complex problems
- Migrate and re-engineer existing services from on-premises data centers to Cloud (GCP/AWS)
- Understand business requirements and provide real-time solutions
- Use project development tools like JIRA, Confluence and GIT
- Write python/shell scripts to automate operations and server management
- Build and maintain operations tools for monitoring, notifications, trending, and analysis
- Define, create, test, and execute operations procedures
- Document current and future configuration processes and policies
