Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development of our cutting-edge job portal project. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with the ability to manage all aspects of the project, including backend, frontend, architecture, security, agile methodologies, DevOps, and version control. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on and can deliver a fully functional product within a month.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Ownership: Take complete ownership of the project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring delivery within the specified timeline.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
  • Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures.
  • Development Oversight: Oversee and contribute to backend and frontend development, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code.
  • Security Implementation: Ensure the highest level of application and data security throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Agile Practices: Lead and implement agile workflows for efficient project management and iteration.
  • DevOps Integration: Streamline CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure for smooth deployments.
  • Version Control: Establish and maintain robust version control protocols (e.g., Git) to ensure code integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (8 10 years) in technical leadership roles, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expertise in Python-Django for backend development.
  • Strong knowledge of React.js for frontend development.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture and scalable infrastructure design .
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with DevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong grasp of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • In-depth knowledge of application and data security best practices .
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in version control tools like Git and GitHub/GitLab.
