UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer & Team Lead with a strong background in designing user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Figma and other industry-standard design tools, along with proven experience leading a team. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

• Design and prototype user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional UI/UX solutions using Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to improve user experience.
• Ensure consistency with design systems, brand guidelines, and best UI/UX practices.
• Optimize interfaces for mobile, web, and other digital platforms.

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and performance management.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure quality standards are met across all projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.

• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Work with front-end developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Utilize design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design principles.

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based designs.
• 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience in a design environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and other UI/UX tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Hands-on experience with design systems, responsive design, and interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (not mandatory but a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in SaaS, Fintech, E-commerce, or Enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
• Certification in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields is a plus.
