Job Description

Track and analyze the economy and markets; manage portfolio of stocks and make buy/sell recommendations for the funds such that the recommendations should help funds outperform the benchmark and beat the peer group - Track and analyze the economy and markets; manage portfolio of stocks and make buy/sell recommendations for the funds such that the recommendations should help funds outperform the benchmark and beat the peer group.
- Support the the Fund Manager in investment decisions.
- Conduct fundamental research on companies of various sectors viz.
- Adapt to the existing AMC s investment processes.
- Support sales efforts and new product initiatives. Meet distributors, IFAs from time to time.
- Ensure compliance in all the activities of fund management.

Very bad hr policies. No taxation benefits, behaves like a psu but no psu benefits. One off the worse type of companies to work for. The boss is given lot of power and there is no appeal in case of issues.
