Key skills for the job
1.Training delivery:
a. Conduct process trainings on the various MF functions such as Purchase, Systematic ops, Posting, redemption, brokerage, demat, reconciliation, customer service, digital platforms
b. Formulate and develop content using different modes such as workbooks, E-Learning Modules, and others
c. Research the industry and getting relevant NISM certifications
2. Content development:
a. Develop process content through presentations, workbooks, capsules
b. Adept at creating process flow diagrams, steps / workflows for various MF processes/ others c. Learn and develop interactive content through E Learning platforms/ video based content
3. Stakeholder Management:
a. Connect with the respective stake holders to understand the learning needs and devise customized interventions.
b. Validation and re-structure the programs for a timely execution of the modules.
c. Build in appropriate communication channels to appraise the stake holders on the progress of the program.
4. Analytics & Support:
a. Track the coverage of the modules and create appropriate action plans.
b. Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
c. Determines training needs by observing the quality team reports, productivity reports; customer experience results reports; conferring with management.
KEY SKILLS
Education:
• Graduate with a MBA
• Certification in Training, Learning and Development & OD,
