Designation Title - Deputy Manager - Learning & Development

Reporting to - Associate Vice President, L&D

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Trainer and Deputy Manager L&D at Matrimony.com Ltd, located in Chennai. The Corporate Trainer and Deputy Manager L&D will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring managerial/ leadership and sales enablement training programs. The role holder will also be responsible for assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and measuring ROI. The ability to understand the requirements of each business vertical and design, curate and deliver customized and focused learning interventions would be a mandate.

Critical Requirements:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing content - Managerial and leadership interventions for mid-management.
• Experience in designing and facilitating Sales enabling training interventions.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Impactful Executive Presence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience in learning management systems.
• Exposure to contemporary learning practices
• Master's degree in business, Human Resources, or related fields
• Professional certifications in training and development or human resources is a plus
