Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to prospective students regarding available UG and PG courses
• Assist students in selecting the right course based on their academic interests, career goals, and skills
• Manage and respond to inquiries via phone , offering a personalized experience
• Guide students through the entire admission process, from application to enrollment
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads to convert them into successful enrollments
• Collaborate with academic and sales teams to achieve admission targets
• Foster strong relationships with students and working professionals, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the process

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, or related fields)
• 0-2 years of experience in admissions counseling, sales, or customer service (EdTech experience is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
