Position Purpose The Senior Manager Test Security is leadership role within the Operations team that has responsibilities to protect the integrity of CBLAs assessment products. This role is required to establish and implement test security frameworks, policies, and processes to identify and mitigate risks within the OET test delivery supply chain. This role will work closely with third party suppliers and the wider operations senior management team to ensure security threats against CBLAs assessment products are identified, investigated, and mitigated.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test security frameworks, policies, and processes to safeguard the integrity of the OET Test. Ensure alignment of security protocols with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Oversee the security of the OET test globally, including developing a detailed understanding of the supply chain needs for key high-risk markets (e.g., India, Middle East, UK & Africa) Identify and assess potential security risks within the OET Test supply chain. Implement controls to mitigate identified risks and enhance security measures across all operational processes. Manage specific third-party suppliers to carry out security control activities such as mystery shopping, test administration monitoring, and social media monitoring to identify vulnerabilities or non-compliance with security requirements. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigating actions in collaboration with leaders in the Operations senior management team. Lead investigations into security threats and breaches, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve incidents promptly and effectively. Prepare data-driven reports on security incidents, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies for senior management review.
Business Unit /Department: Test Security, Risk & Compliance | Operations Maintain accurate documentation of security processes, investigations, and compliance activities. Analyse security trends and emerging threats in the high-stakes assessment market globally. Recommend and implement improvement requirements for high-risk markets to enhance test security. Prioritise problems and provide tactical responses to test-day incidents. Keep abreast of emerging trends in high-stakes language test security advancements. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Qualifications A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and related area and/or an appropriate level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training, or professional accreditation. Years of experience -10+ years proven experience in a security management role, preferably within a highstakes testing or educational environment. 5+ years experience managing and leading through others. Previous experience in law enforcement, security and or surveillance desirable.

Technical Competencies Proficiency in MS Suite (specifically - SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Power Point & Word) Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM Previous experience using incident management or risk management tools.
