JOB PURPOSE
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects for the D C function. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, legal, finance and operations, to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of D2C projects. The Program Manager, D2C, possesses strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the consumer landscape.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of D2C projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget. Define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, resources, and manage project risks. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and take proactive and corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, legal, finance and operations. Work closely with stakeholders to align project goals, requirements, and timelines. Facilitate communication, coordinate activities, and ensure effective collaboration across teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions. Regularly monitor and evaluate risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking proactive measures to address them. Communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders, understand their requirements and expectations, and manage their engagement throughout the project. Establish and maintain effective communication channels to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback. Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Project Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and change requests.
  • Research and Market Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to gather insights on consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Leverage findings to inform project strategies, and drive data-driven decision-making.
KNOWLEDGE
  • Bachelors degree in business, project management, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, with a focus on project management and delivery.
  • Understanding of D2C business models, project management methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and draw meaningful insights to inform project strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects that meet stakeholder expectations.
