The Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing both new and existing partnerships for D-C initiatives. The ideal candidate will help identify new revenue opportunities, this includes identifying potential new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships and collaborations. The role involves evaluating partnership opportunities, negotiating partnership agreements, and managing the partnership relationship to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and delivering value. The goal is to maximize revenue and growth opportunities through effective partnerships.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities: The partnership manager must identify potential partners that can help the organisation reach their target audience with learning and assessment products and identify and convert revenue opportunities. They should assess the potential value of the partnership and ensure it aligns with the companys brand and objectives.
Develop partnership strategies: The partnership manager should develop a strategic plan that outlines how the partnership will work, the objectives of the partnership, and how the company will measure success. They should ensure that the partnership aligns with the companys brand and values.
Negotiate partnership agreements: The partnership manager must negotiate partnership agreements in collaboration with other stakeholders. They should ensure that the agreement includes clear expectations and responsibilities for each partner.
Manage partnerships: The partnership manager must manage the partnership relationship, ensuring that both parties are meeting their obligations, and that the partnership is delivering value. They should also address any issues that arise and work to maintain a positive relationship with the partner.
Measure partnership performance: The partnership manager should track the performance of the partnership and evaluate whether it is meeting the objectives outlined in the partnership agreement. They should identify areas for improvement and work to optimize the partnership to ensure maximum value.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, sales, finance, legal to deliver and manage the partnership propositions.
