Technical Consultant - Power Platform (8-10 yrs)

Location : Vadodara.

Job Type: Full-timeWork from office.

Shift time: UK Shift (2:00 pm - 11:00 pm IST).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps applications based on. business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Customize and configure solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Microsoft 365 (M365) leveraging the full capabilities of the platform.

- Implement Dataverse for data storage and management across PowerApps, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data flow between D365, PowerApps, and other systems.

- Integrate Power Automate workflows for automating business processes and improving efficiency.

- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Power Platform solutions.

- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PowerApps, Power Automate, D365, M365, and related technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and enhance application functionality.

- Work independently as an individual contributor to deliver solutions without day-to-day supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and overall 8+ years of hands-on experience.

- In-depth knowledge of Dataverse (formerly known as the Common Data Service) for data integration and management.

- Experience with data integration, APIs, and working with external data sources.

- Proficient in Power Automate (Flow) for process automation.

- Strong understanding of PowerApps security models, user roles, and permissions.

- Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integration is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users and technical teams.

- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Power Platform are highly desirable.

- Experience with Power BI or Power Virtual Agents is a plus.

- Knowledge of AI Builder and its capabilities for enhancing apps with AI features.
