Director - CRO/Governance & Controls - Model Risk Management Team - Investment Bank (12-16 yrs)

One of our clients is one of the leading investment banking firms with presence across the globe. As they expand, they are looking to hire Director - CRO, Governance & Controls for Model Risk Management team with strong expertise in control testing, risk framework and RCSA for investment banking.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible lead and oversee team for independent validations for FRM process, controls and regulatory requirements.

- Design and control risk plan, prioritise approach, and validate inventory.

- Supervise risk assessments, reviews, continuous monitoring and challenging all phases of assessment and validations.

- Collaborating with cross functional team,

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Risk.

- 12+ years of experience in operational risk, control testing, control validation for investment banking.

- Experience in process and control validation, data visualization or process automation

- Team management and proven experience work with global stakeholders.

- Strong risk, process, and control validation/testing, and assessment skills

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
