Education Counsellor (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, skills, and educational background.

- Assist students in identifying suitable IT courses and career paths aligned with their interests and market demand.

- Provide expert advice on industry trends, job roles, and required technical skills.

- Create personalized learning and career roadmaps for students.

- Explain IT training programs, certifications, and learning paths to prospective students.

- Assist students in the enrollment process and track their progress throughout the program.

- Conduct workshops and sessions on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and job interview preparation.

- Conduct mock interviews to boost students' confidence for technical rounds.

- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies to understand hiring requirements.

- Assist in placing students in internships, projects, and full-time employment opportunities.

- Stay updated with emerging IT technologies and job roles to align course offerings with market needs.

- Track student attendance, course progress, and skill development.

- Evaluate and report students' performance and provide feedback for improvement.

- Coordinate with trainers to address student concerns and challenges.

- Create a supportive and motivational environment for student growth.
