Job Description:
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the financial services/banking sector.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to forecast staffing requirements and devise strategic recruitment plans accordingly.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Talent Acquisition and Pipeline Development:
- Leverage your extensive network and industry expertise to attract top-tier talent for key positions within the organization.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking events, and partnerships with industry associations, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews, evaluating both technical competencies and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
Payroll Partner Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with payroll partners within the financial services/banking sector, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with payroll partners to streamline payroll processes, address any issues or discrepancies promptly, and optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and industry best practices, proactively advising senior leadership on potential impacts and opportunities.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Mentor and develop team members, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles and advance their careers within the organization.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of recruitment metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, optimize recruitment processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
