- Excellent communication skills and ability to anchor design discussion with various stakeholders from business and IT.
- Focus on business processes and ability to identify and enhance processes.
- Experience in leading a team, assigning work to team members, and presenting weekly reports to client management
- Experience in implementing and supporting following modules: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Advanced Collections
- Experience in implementing Oracle ERP with multiple systems that are closely integrated.
- Willingness to attend meetings during late evenings is absolutely essential
- Certification in Finance modules will be an added advantage
