Technical Consultant - HCM

Position: Oracle Technical Consultant - HCM

Experience: 6-9 years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Recruitment, payroll, compensation, Learning)
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE) components using tools like Fast Formulas, data extracts, BI Publisher, and Payroll Interfaces.
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system problems.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle cloud technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical knowledge in HCM cloud, with a focus on Core HR, payroll, Recruiting & Learning modules.
• Involved in at least 1 end to end implementation projects handling Fast Formulas, data extraction & migrations (using HDL), BI Publisher, OTBI reports and Payroll Interfaces.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting.
• Proficiency in application integration (In-bound, Outbound) using OIC, using API, REST & SOAP services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
