Accounts and Admin Manager

We are a Global in-house center Automotive industry. We are looking to hire an Accounts and Admin Manager with experience in Automotive industry. This Manager will be reporting directly to the North American office and should be a leader who is a go-getter and driven to meet our Administration, Finance, and accounting needs and expectations. You should be an achievement-oriented professional with excellent people management skills and an ability to manage change.

The ideal candidate is an MBA (Finance) with at least 5 years in a Senior management role and a minimum of 7 years overall experience.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing a team of 15-18 staff including Administration Assistants for multiple tasks ranging from preparing management reports and financial reports related to the Automotive industry.
• Access rental and reservation portals, and accounting software and retrieve data for reporting and providing analysis for business operations, and trends to help advise management.
• Monitor progress as per tight scheduled deadlines for various tasks and take necessary steps to ensure parameters, attend meetings, and respond to meeting queries.
• Leverage new technologies to streamline and improve processes and strengthen reporting capabilities
• Driving initiatives in the team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• MBA (Finance)
• Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met
• Experience with computerized systems as well as advanced Excel
• Minimum 5 Years of experience required in Senior Management

Compensation

• Salary offered Gross CTC 13 to 14 Lakhs depending upon experience plus incentive
