Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations, Creditors and debtors management, cash receipts and payments, ledger scrutiny, payroll and utilities, forecasting and budgeting, treasury and capital assets reconciliations.
Ability to prepare financial statements independently.
Should be proficient with preparation & filling of TDS and GST Return.
Should have leadership quality and team management.
Preferred Skills: MS Office, Communication skills.
Ability to manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 10 years or more capable of handling the Accounts department independently.
Sound Knowledge of Tally and Advance Excel
Ready to embrace change.
Good Communication Skills and team player.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to supervise, train and motivate juniors.
