Assistant Engineer - Production, DRW

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining safe behavior culture and implement EHS protocols in the shift
• Timely production & getting desired output from different press.
• Controlling of quality and different intermediate process
• Good Co-ordination with inter departments
• Meeting quality & efficiency parameters of products
• Meeting departmental KPIs
• OEE improvement in the Plant.
• Lead initiatives on Continuous process improvement projects
• Provide necessary training to upgrade skills of workers.
• Cost control approach
• Compliance of Internal & External audits
• Sustenance of 5S & up-gradation
• Participation in SGA/ CFT/ QCFI/Kaizen etc
• Knowledge on IMS standard (QMS, EMS & ENMS)

Profile/Competencies:

Education, background, level of experience Essential/Mandatory:

• Diploma (Chemical/Ceramics/Mechanical) with minimum experience of 5-8 years
• Preference will be given to Refractory/Chemical/Insulation products.
• Experience in batching plant and boiler operation
• Knowledge on Tunnel Oven/ Tunnel kiln process
• Different problem-solving tools
• Basic Knowledge on TPM
• Basic Knowledge of SAP.
• Presentation skills
• Team Building Skills
• Manpower handling skill
