Production Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Achieving AOP sale and OTIF as per targets.
• Daily production planning and execution of different production lines
• Daily Production declaration in SAP
• Monitoring daily rejection, analysis and corrective/Preventive actions
• Preparing daily production reports, Incentive data of workers and PPRM data.
• Handling & Reduction in customer complaints.
• Compliance to Customer & experience of facing TUV audits of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Inventory control and Inventory variance reduction
• Reduction in process rejection and scrappage.
• Support to NPD & experience of new product establishment.
• Ensure safety working environment and handling disputes among the workers.
• Monitoring and controlling Consumable Items on Assembly lines
• Monitoring and improving House Keeping/5S on Shop floor
• Organizing repair and maintenance of production equipment/ machines.
• Six sigma green belt / Knowledge of project execution by six sigma methodology
• Involvement in New Process improvements, Product Quality Improvement & Kaizens by using Technical Knowledge.
• Support to QA in Daily rejection rework & analysis activity on Assembly lines
• Inter departmental coordination
• Knowledge & hands-on experience of TPM

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidate with Six Sigma certification will be preferred
• Knowledhe of TPM actvity
• Should be from manufacturing industry
