Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented and motivated Tele Sales Lady to join our team. As a Tele Sales Lady, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our Cadvil Products to businesses in the Middle East and Africa region. This is a remote position based in India, targeting potential clients in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the Middle East and Africa region, promoting Cadvil Products and generating leads.
2. Engage in consultative selling, understanding the unique needs of each prospect and showcasing how Cadvil Products can address their business requirements.
3. Present product features and benefits, effectively communicate our value proposition, and handle objections professionally.
4. Build strong relationships with potential customers, maintaining regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.
5. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field.
3. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
4. Knowledge of the Middle East and Africa region markets, along with an understanding of their business landscape.
5. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Availability to work in Indian time zone with flexibility to make calls during Middle East business hours.
