JOB TITLE: Senior Recruiter

Location: Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
• To understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
• Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.

Requirements and skills

• Good Sourcing skills in Job boards like (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Fluency in English)
• Should be good in Excel & MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

• Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)
• 11am to 8pm Shift
