Job Summary :

Exp : 5+yrs

Location : Noida

As Product Engineer the candidate will be responsible for capturing requirements and driving the development of Cadence next generation heterogeneous integration for multi-chip module design and packaging solution. He will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and R&D teams to deliver best-in-class products to our customers. Further, he will support Cadence Technical Field Organization with driving customer engagements.
