Summary of the role:
As a Data Migration Specialist, you will lead discovery sessions for contract migration, ensuring a thorough understanding of the current location of files and associated metadata. Your responsibilities will include abstracting mandatory fields from contracts and loading them into the new system, establishing the proper structure, such as parent-child or related document relationships. You will also conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients on migrated contracts, logging and resolving any issues related to migration or abstraction to ensure smooth and accurate data transfer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads Discovery Sessions for Contract Migration
- Understand current location of files and associated metadata
- Abstract mandatory fields from Contracts
- Load Contracts and related documents establishing proper structure (parent-child/related documents)
- Conducts User Acceptance Testing with Client migrated contracts
- Logs and resolves migration/abstraction related issues
- Pre-upload and post upload review and quality check for contracts
Requirements- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with Contract Review
- Good knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools
- Bachelors or Masters degree in law preferred
- Familiarity with Legal Project Management and Ticketing Software Tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship builder and problem solver
- Excellent client-facing skills and focus on customer service
- Well Verse with actual data upload activity
