Sr. Supervisor/Supervisor

Role & responsibilities :

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and promptly seat them according to the seating plan.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary
  restrictions and noted.
• Serve food and beverage promptly and correctly, ensuring all items are delivered to the
  correct guests.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak
  hours.
• Regularly assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and support to
  maintain high service standards.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing training to existing team members to enhance their
  skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any issues or complaints
  promptly and professionally.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the dining
  experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to streamline service and reduce wait times.
• Ensure the team follows all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct regular training and audits to maintain a safe working environment for staff and
  guests.
• Ensure that all service standards are consistently met, conducting regular checks and
  audits.
• Maintain comprehensive methods, and presentation.
• Encourage staff to promote and upsell menu items, contributing to including increased
  average check values.
• Assist in prompting special events and private dining options to boost booking and
  revenue.
