External Audit Executive

Responsible for overseeing the overall financial performance of a fast-growing business by developing short and long-term financial plans, budgets, and partnering with the business on key decisions to achieve goals.

Pre-requisites for Consideration of Candidature:

• Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of experience in Big Four or Article ship from Big Four. Healthcare experience is a must.
  
• Should have experience managing teams.
  
• Proficient in English & Hindi; knowledge of Kannada and Malayalam is an added advantage.
  
• Willingness to travel 7-10 days a month

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare MIS reports, supporting schedules, presentations, and other key reports for top management and business teams for effective decision-making.
  
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  
• Design and implement robust processes for data collection ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data in the MIS system for the finance and accounts department.
  
• Develop and maintain key financial reports and dashboards, including financial statements, budget vs. actual reports, and trend analyses.
  
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management to optimize the organizations financial position.
  
• Lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of the statutory audit.
  
• Manage and comply with taxation (Direct & Indirect) reporting requirements and tax filings.
  
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management.
