Assistant\Deputy\Manager Compliance

Responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing the overall administration management at the project sites, and ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. - Compliance: They must ensure that the project complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits. They must also ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the project is delivered according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions. - Risk management: They identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project. They must also ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to prevent accidents and incidents. - Decision-making: Accountable for determining crucial decisions concerning project scope, and allocation of resources. It is imperative that they guarantee decisions are made promptly and are in the projects best interest. - Stakeholder Management: Responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. They must ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project. - PG Degree / Diploma or equivalent in human resource management or in any related fields such as Industrial Relations Labor Laws. - 3-7 years of progressive HR experience. - Highly results-oriented with a focus on driving positive employee relations and organizational effectiveness. - Excellent communication skills, including active listening, written communication, and presentations. - In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging HR trends and technologies. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
