HR Generalist with sufficient experience in Strategic HR
Strategic HR - Focus on areas such as talent and leadership development, culture and values, and employee engagement.- Implement and control HRMS and attendance management to increase process efficiency.- Execute HR processes, Policies, Companys SOPs and streamline systems to promote reliability and scalability- Establish monthly dashboards for reporting progress trackers and trend analysis.
Talent Management:- Lead Talent Management and Acquisition based on business plans.- Develop a cost-effective manpower planning to optimize resources.- Ensure timely completion of on-boarding, induction, and orientation programs.- Provide career growth and performance counseling to employees and managers.- Effective implementation of Training Programme and Ensure that training is done as per the Calendar and requirements
Performance Management- Drive performance reviews and establish a comprehensive performance management framework.- Manage annual appraisal process linked to reward management and career growth.
Employee Relationship- Promptly resolve employee grievances to maintain cordial relations.- Manage people connect programs and drive engagement initiatives.- Grievance Handling - Handle exit formalities including exit analytics, exit interviews, and issuance of experience letters.
Compensation and Benefits- Salary and Benefits Administration: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market standards.- Incentive Programs: Oversee the design and implementation of incentive and reward schemes to motivate employees.
Compliance and Legal Requirements- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.- Regulatory Adherence: Manage audits, workplace safety, and reporting to meet statutory and regulatory standards.- Risk Management: Identify potential HR risks (e.g., legal, compliance) and work proactively to minimize them.- Compliance: Ensure compensation and benefits practices adhere to legal and organizational guidelines.
- PG Degree / Diploma or equivalent in human resource management or in any related fields such as Organizational Psychology.- 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role.
- Highly results-oriented with a focus on driving positive employee relations and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, written communication, and presentations.- In-depth knowledge of applicable labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging HR trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
